Frequently Asked Questions About Workshops

Our workshops range from 1.5 – 3 hours long. We arrange the time to suit your needs.

Workshops are held in person or via zoom. We often facilitate our workshops at our client’s site, or at retreat venues. We love to travel and are often booked to facilitate workshops in different locations. Ask us when we are next in your area!

Based on having participants complete the Gallup CliftonStrengths assessment prior to the workshop, participants experience opportunities to get to better understand their own strengths and appreciate the strengths of their team members.

We begin with an initial meeting with you held before the workshop to ensure we understand  your needs.   Next, we arrange for the participants to take the online  CliftonStrengths assessment. Once the assessments are completed, we prepare the workshop materials that includes a customized PowerPoint presentation and workbook for your team. 

Our facilitators bring a wealth of knowledge on delivering impactful workshops. Having delivered over 50 workshops and we deliver interactive and fun workshops, demonstrating a natural rapport with each other, we love engaging with workshop participants.  

Our experience facilitating so many workshops means that individuals can trust us to deliver an interactive workshop and where participants will leave the workshop feeling engaged, motivated and empowered to be their best self.

The goals of the workshop are to improve communication, reduce conflict and improve employee engagement. 

For clients that wish to build on the Introduction to CliftonStrengths Workshops, to further build a Strengths-based culture we offer our High Performing Team (HPT) 3-12 month programs. 

In this HPT program we delve deeper into Strengths with additional workshops and the support of our digital learning platform. The High Performing Team Program workshops deepens understanding of what each person’s Strengths bring and need to thrive. 

Through our interactive online activities we introduce new content around conflict resolution alignment conversations which we refer to as CoffeeSyncs. Also we introduce the benefits of building the habit of giving regular authentic appreciation to each other, we refer this as giving High 5’s.

Over the years, we have worked with corporate teams, marketing teams,  teams of project managers in the following sectors: tourism, home and commercial restoration, telecommunications, marketing agencies, real-estate development, real-estate sales, and many more. 

We have expertise in working with leaders and teams in Higher Education at Colleges and Universities across Canada from Vancouver to Halifax and we work with Higher Education Associations such as Colleges and Institutes of Canada (CICAN) and Ontario Colleges.
